Sonakshi Sinha to play Karachi-based journo in her next?

Sonakshi Sinha might be playing a Pakistani journalist from Karachi in her upcoming film ‘Noor’.
Sonakshi Sinha has been quite active on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram. From her flamboyant shoots to her workout sessions, the lass posts every update for her fans. However, she has recently remained awfully quiet about speculations doing the rounds that she has signed up for the film Noor in which she plays a Karachi-based journalist.
According to the latest rumours, Sonakshi will be playing a character which is based on the novel by Pakistani journalist Saba Imtiaz. The name of the novel is Karachi, You’re Killing Me! and it is an comedy crime-thriller that depicts the various frightening experiences in Karachi of a journalist. The movie will be directed by ad filmmaker Sunhil Sippy and is expected to release next year in 2017.
Pakistani journalist Saba Imtiaz penned her debut novel and described it as ‘a comedy of manners in a city with none.’ It is set to be India’s answer to Bridget Jones Diary. Saba will be closely involved in the screenplay of the film.
